Lead Systems Engineer (Siemens)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• At least 3 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical/ Food/ Petrochemical/ Chemical Plant or Automation industry or equivalent combination of work experience.
• Experience with Manufacturing Control System in Wet and Dry Process, Dry Blending and Packaging Areas.
• At least 3 years’ experience with Siemens PLC (Step7/TIA Portal) experience.
• Technical knowledge of Batch and recipe management systems. Knowledge of GE products will be added advantage.
• Knowledge in industrial computer systems connectivity and communication protocols and platform such as Kepware.
• Experience in reading Process Descriptions and P&ID’s
• Experience in Lifecycle documentation, generation of FAT, IOQ Test protocol.
• Knowledgeable in ISA S95, S88 and GMP requirements.
• Knowledgeable in Computer System Validation.
