Position Summary:
Under guidance from the Director of Child Care, plans and implements a developmentally appropriate ECE classroom program. Lead Teachers and Teachers work as a team to implement daily learning activities and care, using knowledge of the children's social relationships, interests, ideas, and skills to tailor learning opportunities for groups and individuals. Develops strategies to maintain a safe and healthy environment. Completes documentation and leads meetings. Conducts parent/teacher conferences and provides support services to families.
