Lead Technical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical department including Technical Coordinators and Draughtsmen across multiple projects
• Establish and control the workflow for shop drawing preparation, review, submission and approvals
• Oversee review of IFC drawings, specifications and design documents to ensure constructability and coordination
• Identify deviations, deficiencies and discrepancies in IFC drawings and report to Technical Manager
• Drive development of coordinated shop drawings across civil, structural and MEP disciplines
• Define and implement technical coordination strategies to avoid clashes and rework at site
• Act as the primary technical interface with consultants to resolve design issues, discrepancies and approvals
• Review and approve all shop drawings prior to submission to ensure quality and compliance
