Lead Technical Services Manager

About the Role

Lead Technical Services Manager to oversee complex, high‑value engineering projects across Harrods’ Capital Works Programme. You will ensure delivery of building services systems, fire life safety systems and other technical solutions that meet the highest quality, safety and innovation standards.

Accountabilities

• Lead the delivery of multiple projects from inception through to completion, ensuring quality, compliance, programme and budget adherence.
• Manage and coordinate internal teams and external consultants across MEP, lighting and specialist systems.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders (Engineering, IT, Fire, H&S, Security and Operations) to fully integrate project requirements.
• Oversee design development, technical specifications, tendering and contractor performance.
