Lead Technician, Facilities - Universal Kids Resort

JOB SUMMARY:

Supports management in directing and coordinating activities of Facilities functions and maintenance efforts across Universal Kids Resort. Provides work direction and leads the daily tasks of Team Member work to support the completion of assigned work orders, preventative maintenance, routine and emergency repairs, and special projects. Leads the team by overseeing shifts, opening and closing procedures, completion of specific work orders, handling daily trouble calls, and completing administrative duties in support of Facilities Management and compliance requirements. Upholds and reinforces Universal policies and procedures, escalating concerns to management as necessary and ensures Team Member safety.
