Design and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with business objectives and market competitiveness. Conduct compensation benchmarking and participate in salary surveys to maintain internal equity and external parity. Lead annual compensation planning, including merit cycles, pay structures, and incentive programs. Develop and oversee short-term and long-term incentive plans, ensuring linkage to performance outcomes and organizational goals.
