The primary purpose of this position is to Serve as Lead Program Manager and senior exercise planner (VIGILANT GUARD) for the NORAD and USNORTHCOM training and exercise program. Responsibilities - Serves as lead staff exercise planner, evaluator and advisor to the Commander.
