Lead Transportation Assistant

Summary This position is a Lead Transportation Assistant in the Veterans Transportation Service (VTS) and VA St. Louis Health Care System (VASTLHCS) and acts as primary contact to Veterans for transportation needs. The incumbent works with the VTS Supervisory, Transportation Assistant for workload forecasting, scheduling design, procedure development, and quality improvement implementation, modification of processes, evaluation, and ongoing operational flow of the program.
