Lead YDP Coach - Shape Tomorrow's Female Footballers

Aston Villa is seeking a Lead Youth Development Phase Coach at Bodymoor Heath Training Ground to oversee U12–U16 age groups. You will manage the Youth Development Phase, implementing a high-performance coaching programme, and lead a team of coaches effectively.

The ideal candidate will hold a UEFA A Licence and have experience in coaching young female players at an elite level. This is a full-time, flexible role, requiring evening and weekend availability.
