Leader, Home Delivery

RH is seeking a Leader, Home Delivery to lead the execution of our home delivery experience across an assigned market. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence across warehouse and delivery functions, ensuring every customer interaction reflects the quality, care and service expected of the RH brand.

As a leader of people and process, you will elevate performance through clear direction, strong partnerships and a commitment to continuous improvement. You will bring together teams, systems and service providers to deliver a seamless, first‑class customer experience from the Home Delivery Center to the customer’s home.
