**In your role, you will**:- Lead a team of Quality Control agents who must ensure compliance with the requirements of our Quality System as well as existing regulations, putting into practice mechanisms that ensure the conformity of the product and process responding to the company's priorities.
- Generate and track corrective actions and determine preventive actions to support our KPI ́s and SLA ́s through problem solving and continuous improvement.
- Lead an efficient and effective team that responds in a timely manner to the activities of the Quality team, building relationships with internal customers, thinking and acting strategically withing the available resources.
