Opportunity Description
The Leader will identify and develop opportunities to strengthen and expand RoundGlass client base, driving revenue by identifying prospects, and long-term partnerships. The individual has to set a strategic business development plan for target markets and define Go-To-Market, working with Product and Marketing teams to enable the adoption and engagement of solutions through growth hacks and low-cost solutions.This role is also focused on cultivating the alliance relationship and execution across RoundGlass products and solutions in the wellbeing space. The individual will be required to formulate a partnership strategy and execute global partner programs in India by identifying, onboarding, enabling, and managing partners throughout their lifecycle.The Leader will be overseeing the Customer Service and Support teams to provide the greatest level of customer satisfaction & move support from current disparate ways to a simple automated tech support center, continually measuring and eval...
