Lead and manage TikTok Affiliate & live commerce strategies
Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate creators
Optimize affiliate campaigns (GMV, conversion rate, ROI)
Coordinate with brands, sellers, and internal stakeholders
Develop SOPs and scale affiliate programs
Monitor and evaluate performance via TikTok Shop dashboard
Job Requirements
Proven experience in TikTok Shop, Affiliate Marketing, or Social Commerce
Hands-on experience managing affiliate campaigns or live selling
Strong understanding of conversion funnel (traffic → conversion → revenue)
Target-driven with a strong focus on GMV growth
Leadership and team management capabilities
