Leadership Coach for Fellows & Teacher Growth

Teach For Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Teacher Coach (Leadership Development Officer) to guide and develop Fellows for two years. This roles focuses on coaching Fellows for pedagogical growth and enhancing their leadership skills.

The successful candidate will manage Professional Learning Communities and engage with various stakeholders to improve the Fellowship experience. Required qualifications include at least 2 years of teaching experience and a Bachelor's degree.
