Leadership & Management AI Reviewer (Remote)

Alignerr is seeking a Management & Leadership Instructor to evaluate AI-generated reasoning and improve AI systems' understanding of leadership and organizational behavior. This role is fully remote and offers a flexible commitment of 10–40 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of teaching experience in management or leadership and be skilled at evaluating decision-making processes. You will contribute to innovative AI projects that shape the future of technology in management.
