Leak Detection Technician

Our client, based in Birmingham, is seeking a Leak Detection Technician for a full‑time permanent role working 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, covering the Midlands and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer homes
• Use leak detection equipment to locate leak sources
• Carry out moisture surveys
• Arrange customer appointments
• Write up technical reports
• Calibrate equipment
• Repair work to detected leaks once an estimate for works is accepted, including trace and access of hidden pipe work

Qualifications

• Background in plumbing, building and DIY
• Ideally some electrical experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Organized with a positive attitude
