Lean Manufacturing Coordinator (Bosch Production System)

Job Description The Lean Manufacturing Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and promoting the Bosch Production System (BPS). The coordinator drives continuous improvement activities, provides training and coaching to employees, and leads projects to achieve established production, quality, and logistics goals. Develop and drive a BPS implementation strategy for specific departments, supporting the plant's overall continuous improvement (CIP) roadmap. Conduct training sessions on BPS methodology, problem-solving, and lean tools for operators, team leaders, and supervisors; act as a coach and expert for all employees. Lead and facilitate speed week or Kaizen events and other improvement projects to support value stream targets using lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Kanban, and Standardized Work.
