Role Overview
The Lean Specialist reports directly to the Site Value Stream Coach and is responsible for supporting lean transformation, driving continuous improvement, boosting efficiency, reducing waste, improving asset availability, and enhancing productivity across the site.
Responsibilities
Serve as an agent of change, improving personal change‐management capabilities and ensuring rigor in the execution of Kaizen activities.
Support the lean vision and continuous‐improvement strategy by advancing customer experience through improved cycle time, on‐time delivery, and overall quality.
