Opportunity Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide system support for the Learning Management System (LMS), including:
- Creating course items and classes
- Maintaining and updating the course master list
- Creating collections and updating staff learning histories
- Enrolling staff into classes and assisting with data migration
- Generating training application reports upon request
- Respond to general staff queries via the learning support mailbox
- Provide administrative support for codifying competencies into designated templates
- Assist with the coordination and logistics of in-person training sessions, including:
- Sending and tracking invitations
- Managing attendance registration
- Setting up training venues
- Collecting and compiling feedback and evaluations
