Develop Program Calendar:

Creates and maintains a comprehensive program calendar for the assigned academy, pillar, or account, aligned with business imperatives and strategic objectives. Identifies critical knowledge and skill areas, ensuring optimal timing and delivery of programs to maximize performance, career growth, and business impact. Submits periodic, regular reports on forthcoming and previous programs or learning initiatives, and other documents as required or needed.

Design, Develop, Implement, And Evaluate Learning Programs

Leverages research, data analytics, and industry insights to design, implement, and continuously refine programs aligned with the organization’s career development and succession strategies.
