Teaching & Learning Assistants (TLA) play a vital role in supporting the educational and emotional development of learners. Your responsibilities are diverse and essential for creating an effective environment focused on learning and growth.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping, not only, the educational experiences of our learners, but also the teaching, learning and collaborative culture of our school.
