Learning Consultant: Compliance & Risk – Responsible for leading the design, governance and continuous improvement of OM Bank’s compliance and risk learning capability, ensuring mandatory learning frameworks are effectively implemented, aligned and sustained to meet regulatory, governance and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities Stakeholder Engagement and Needs Analysis Consult with stakeholders to identify learning needs, regulatory requirements and performance gaps. Facilitate discussions to clarify learning objectives and business priorities. Collaborate across functions to ensure alignment and shared ownership of learning outcomes.
