Position Overview
We’re seeking a Learning Delivery Lead to join our team onsite in the Bowen Basin, delivering engaging, high-quality learning experiences that support safe, compliant, and high-performing operations.
As the Learning Delivery Lead, you will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of learning programs, supporting workforce capability across operational teams. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you’ll facilitate training across leadership, onboarding, and values-based programs, while also coordinating apprenticeship programs and maintaining learning systems.
You’ll work closely with site leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure learning is practical, engaging, and aligned to operational priorities.
