Opportunity Description
Overview: The Learning & Development Manager leads the design, delivery and evaluation of learning programs that build organizational capability, strengthen leadership skills, and support employee success. This role oversees the HR Specialists, owns the strategy and execution of both in-person and virtual New Hire Orientation, and develops scalable training programs for frontline and corporate managers. The L&D Manager partners closely with HR and business leaders to ensure learning solutions are aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management Supervise and develop the HR Specialists, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency in the new hire experience. Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to support professional development and service excellence.
