Responsibilities
Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for enhancing the e-learning platform and its user experience; collect user feedback and communicate functional specifications with the vendors for improvement Act as the administrator of the e-learning platform to provide end-user support and guidance for internal parties Liaise with design vendors to manage and update training materials on the e-learning platform in different formats, such as video and photo Explore and coordinate in launching new social learning platforms for facilitating the proactive learning environment Coordinate and deliver the soft skills training program, new employee orientation and handle related administration for the training events Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
