Learning & Leadership Development Partner (ASIA)

The Learning & Development Partner (ASIA) SJ Global Academy plays a pivotal role in shaping and delivering impactful learning experiences across ASIA for the SJ Group. The position blends creativity with strategic thinking to support regional development as well as contribute to Global learning initiatives. The incumbent will lead instructional design, e-learning development, program facilitation and Learning Management System (LMS) operations, while driving key programs such as Graduate Development, induction and compliance training.

The Learning & Development Partner will deliver the ASIA programmes including Leadership, Management, Mentorship, Soft Skills, Sponsorship and Culture Programs, as well as orientation and induction training for our people.

Strong collaboration with the broader SJ Global Academy team, People & Culture team and Business Leadership teams is expected to build and implement practical learning solutions in line with business strategy. High energy...
