People & Learning Partner (Assistant Manager)

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to identify and address learning needs aligned with business objectives.
• Design and deliver impactful learning programs, including program framework with blended learning approach, content development, and facilitation.
• Collaborate with internal trainers and external vendors to develop effective learning solutions.
• Manage training administration, including training records, calendars, and reports.
• Foster a continuous learning culture and support organizational transformation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
