SEN Learning Partner (Year 3)

Some children need more than classroom support. They need someone in their corner. Someone patient, encouraging, and calm, even on the tricky days.

We’re working with a welcoming primary school in Lawrence Weston looking for a Flexible Learning Partner to provide dedicated 1:1 support within a Year 3 class.

This school supports a high number of pupils with complex SEND needs and is looking for someone experienced who understands the importance of consistency, trust, and building positive relationships. You’ll be supporting a pupil throughout the school day, helping them access learning, regulate emotions, and feel confident within the classroom environment.

The role would suit someone who’s proactive, adaptable, and genuinely passionate about supporting children with additional needs.
