Opportunity Description
Role Overview
Here at InspireU we deliver study programmes to local people aged between 16-24 years old, many of whom may have behavioural issues or need academic support. As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) you will support learners as they learn core subjects such as Maths, English and Preparing for Adulthood and then apply this learning in practice.
Our LSAs work with learners either 1:1 or in small groups, in learning environments designed to be smaller than a typical classroom with classes of no more than 14. Day‑to‑day, you will assist learners by helping manage their behaviour and ensuring they remain engaged throughout lessons.
This is a fixed‑term contract at our InspireU sites in Boston and Spalding.
Due to recent changes in UK immigration law, we are unable to offer skilled worker visa sponsorship for this role.
