Learning Support Assistant
I am currently working with an outstanding primary school in Brent seeking to recruit a number of Learning Support Assistants to join their team in September 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with an interest in supporting children's learning and development, and a commitment to helping every child thrive in a nurturing and ambitious school community, especially if you have ambitions of undertaking teacher training in the future.
Key Responsibilities of a Learning Support Assistant:
Support pupils individually and in small groups, helping them to access learning across the curriculum and running your own nurture group with SEN children.
Provide targeted support for children with a range of needs
Work collaboratively with teachers and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Support the school's values around anti-racism, equity and community engagement
