The role of the Lease Construction Manager (LCM) for the Datacenter Build Management team requires strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. We are seeking a Lease Construction Manager with the ability to self-direct and who has a strong background in Data Center Construction.
The Lease Construction Manager serves as Microsoft’s Employer’s Representative, overseeing the construction of one or more leased Data Centre projects across a metro. LCM is responsible for ensuring that the lease provider is complying with the MSFT requirements in the lease contract when delivering a project.
