Leasing Associate

As a Leasing Associate, you will be responsible for delivering all daily operational tasks to create an exceptional 24/7 resident experience. This includes supporting marketing and leasing activities, assisting with tenancy administration, coordinating maintenance, and providing outstanding customer service. You will also work closely with contractors, suppliers, and third parties to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience that exceeds resident expectations.

Key Role Responsibilities

• Conducts sales and leasing activities including viewings, following up on enquiries and sales conversions.
• Plans and organises daily activities to maximise the time to achieve targeted leasing numbers
• Transforms prospects and leads into viewing appointments and bookings to achieve targeted leasing numbers.
• Ensures all data capture systems and details of contact are updated in an accurate and timely manner as required.
