In this client facing role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining business and being the face of the community. We are looking for someone with sales experience in leasing apartments.

Responsibilities:


+ Clerical duties as required

+ Fielding general questions regarding rental units and property features

+ Answering phones, greeting potential clients and showing model apartments

+ Assisting potential clients in completing rental applications and lease agreements


Qualifications:


+ Positive attitude and professional demeanor

+ Candidates must have a valid drivers license
