Leasing Manager (F&B / Retail)

A well-established and rapidly expanding multinational hospitality and retail group with over 100 integrated food & beverage outlets and speciality retail stores across Southeast Asia.

The successful candidate will strategically oversee the full lifecycle of the group's real estate portfolio, driving retail and F&B site acquisition, lease negotiations, and comprehensive facility asset management.

• Portfolio Expansion & Leasing: Identify and secure prime locations for new F&B and retail outlets, leading commercial lease negotiations and fostering strategic partnerships with major landlords and developers.
