Opportunity Description
Develop annual leasing strategies and ensure that renewals are completed within determined timeframes as per client requirements. Liaise and negotiate transactions with current and prospective tenants and ensure that the Company’s interests relating to finance, legal, and tenant mix are met. Canvassing and liaising with potential tenants to establish and maintain good relationships in order to market and let managed vacant space at the best possible terms.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesREQUIREMENTS:
Matric 5-8 Years relevant experience in a leasing environment Retail leasing experience Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate

Leasing team Management (people management):
Co-ordinate and manage operations of the leasing team. Assist with complex deals to achieve favourable outcomes. Day-to-day management of staff, including recruitment development and performance management. Contract creation and workflow process. Client & Broker Liaison:
