With close to $1 billion in assets under management, 150 staff, and a portfolio spanning Metro Vancouver, the Fraser Valley, Vancouver Island, and the Okanagan, the company operates as a vertically integrated operation with in‑house acquisitions, development, construction, marketing, leasing, and property management teams all under one roof.
