Leasing Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• In charge of all leasing administration duties, which includes preparation of tenancy documents, reports, written correspondences etc.
• Assist in lease marketing - arranging and conducting viewing of units for lease to prospects at designated properties.
• Perform market research and analysis to identify, prospect and secure new market segment.
• Assist to cold call / engage desired prospects for marketing of spaces for lease.
• Manage the licensing of all lightbox spaces, which includes monitoring the license periods, preparation of license agreements, handling promotional lightboxes and promotional flag banners, coordinating with tenants and third parties on renting of lightboxes.
• Preparation of marketing and presentation to prospective clients.
• Track lease renewals and engaging the relevant parties in the renewal process.
