Description We are looking for a Leasing Occupancy Specialist to support housing occupancy operations for a Contract position based in Chelsea, Massachusetts. This role focuses on evaluating applicant information, coordinating resident communications, and maintaining accurate administrative records in a fast-paced property environment.
