We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Leasing Manager who can lead our leasing efforts and play a key role in the successful pre-opening and commercial activation of the project.

Preferred Qualifications:

✔️ Experience in commercial, retail, or mall leasing

✔️ Strong background in tenant sourcing and acquisition

✔️ Experience in project pre-opening and commercial activation is highly preferred

✔️ Established network of retail, F&B, entertainment, and service brands

✔️ Strong negotiation, business development, and relationship management skills
