Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential tenants through insightful market research, effective networking, and proactive outreach efforts.
- Guide and mentor a leasing team, supervising the execution of leasing strategies to maximize rental income and occupancy rates.
- Diploma in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in retail or commercial leasing, ranging from entry‑level to seasoned professionals.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Detail‑oriented and responsible for finalising lease agreements and related documentation.
- Preferably holds a valid RES License.
