Leasing Staff (General Santos/ Cotabato/ Iligan/ Marbel/ Zamboanga)

Leasing staff is responsible for preparing lease paperwork/documents, creating marketing materials, screening prospective tenants, must have positive attitude, and ability to communicate well to provide an exceptional customer service and assisting tenants with their needs.

Requirements:

Excellent Communication skills both oral and written

Can do handle Sales Calls/ Negotiations

With leadership and decision-making skills

Must be organized and detail oriented; customer oriented is preferred

Qualifications:

Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Amenable to do field work
