This role offers a meaningful opportunity to assist young individuals in their transition to independent adulthood. As a Personal Adviser, you will provide practical guidance, emotional support, and advocacy, empowering young people with the tools and confidence needed to succeed. --- Responsibilities Build strong, positive relationships with young people and their support networks. Develop and review Pathway Plans using Signs of Safety and Valuing Care frameworks. Support young people in key areas such as: Accommodation Health and wellbeing Education, employment, and training Finances and life skills Coordinate multi-agency support across housing, health, and partner services.
