Lecturer in Health and Social Care and Psychology

Are you passionate about enhancing young people’s careers? The School of Health Education and Care is looking for a full time Lecturer who will inspire our learners to achieve their full potential during their time at West Herts College.

The right candidate will plan, deliver, and assess across our Health and Social care courses as well as Psychology program at levels 1, 2, and 3.

The candidate will be responsible for delivering skills and knowledge to high standards through preparing resources, delivering lessons, marking student work, ensuring exam success, and supporting students with their whole programme of study.

We are seeking an adaptable industry specialist to teach and embed essential skills to enable learners to successfully progress to their next steps, whether continuing at West Herts College, Higher Education or employment.
