Requirements Matric certificate plus an appropriate M+3 Qualification (National Diploma/bachelor’s degree) in Hospitality or an equivalent National Teacher Qualification Computer Literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) SACE registration certificate Knowledge of legislation governing the sector Teacher’s qualification In‑depth knowledge of the subject Excellent communication in English (written and verbal) Moderator and Assessor Certificate will be an added advantage Duties

Ability to teach all NCV Hospitality L2-4 core subjects (Hospitality Generics, Hospitality Services, Food Preparations and Client Services). Compile the POA, POE and Subjects as mandated by DHET Curriculum Instructions and Teaching and Learning Plan Framework.
