- Individual who wish to impart knowledge and skills in the culinary training (preferably with experience in Asian cuisine) and/ or F&B operations
- Individual who wish to inspire, mentor and coach learners not just in academic pursuits but also to prepare learners to make an impactful contribution to the food industry
- Individual who will participate in industry projects to keep our curriculum at the cutting edge, ensuring our learners are equipped for the challenges and opportunities of the F&B industry
- Individual who wish to support the growth and development of the Asian Cuisine within the F&B industry through training and development
- Responsible for culinary and F&B operations curriculum development, delivery, project supervision, assessment setting and marking for full-time and part-time WSQ courses
