Lecturer/Senior Lecturer (Social Work)

(What the role is) In this role, you are required to develop and deliver continuing adult education and upskilling programmes for in-service practitioners in the social service and healthcare sectors. You will also get to teach and guide pre-employment learners and develop our future social work associates, programme executives & care staff. You must be passionate about teaching, be creative in developing a hybrid curriculum, using both in-person and digital modes. You will be actively involved in industry engagement, marketing of upskilling programmes, support overseas exchange, and be a mentor to our learners. A lecturer must be versatile in public speaking in both large and small group settings. You should understand the business needs in the social service sector and feel comfortable exploring different curriculum content on emerging trends and technology.
