Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to lawyers and assist in the day-to-day management of legal matters
- Prepare, organise, and maintain legal documents, correspondence, and case files
- Monitor schedules, appointments, court dates, and key filing deadlines
- Liaise with clients, courts, government agencies, and external stakeholders on administrative matters
- Manage physical and electronic records, ensuring proper documentation and confidentiality
- Support the preparation and filing of legal documents through relevant systems and platforms
- Coordinate meetings, document collection, and follow-up actions with clients and stakeholders
- Assist with general office administration and operational support for the legal team
