Opportunity Description
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Legal Adviser to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Legal Adviser you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to our clients on various legal matters. This role requires strong knowledge of local laws and regulations in Abu Dhabi as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities- Conduct legal research and provide expert advice on various legal issues
- Draft and review contracts, agreements and other legal documents
- Represent clients in courts, arbitrations and other legal proceedings
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Provide legal opinions on complex matters
- Keep up to date with changes in local laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Adviser in Abu Dhabi or the UAE
