Legal Advisor - Disabled Sailing Assoc. - Volunteer

Located in Torquay and formed in 2005, we provide safe and affordable sailing for the disabled. We are currently reviewing our Articles of Association and require a legal advisor to assist. (Option also to get involved with sailing if desired, not essential).

What difference will you make?

We are looking for someone with legal & governance experience who can provide valuable assistance with our restructure and 5‑10 year strategy plan. This role can be temporary, advising us on updating our Articles, in line with Companies House and the Charity Commission (we are a company limited by guarantee). Ongoing it would be very useful for this person to also assist with general governance and policies and if desired, become a Trustee.
