Duties & Responsibilities
Your responsibilities would include assisting in general legal, compliance, and company secretarial duties, internally for a corporate finance entity.
Requirements
- LLB
- Admitted Attorney
- Minimum 4 years post-articles experience with 2 years in-house in the financial services industry
- General corporate commercial background
- Masters degree in Corporate Law or Mercantile Law will be an advantage
Package & Remuneration
R - R - Annually plus Bonus
